All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable charges. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of the Gala, all reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. Requests for exceptional circumstances may be addressed by contacting us directly.
Knights of Charity reserves the right to modify the event programme, venue layout, performers, or schedule. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Knights of Charity or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Knights of Charity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or attendance at the event, except where required by law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes.
